Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect my therapy experience to be?
I'm interested in learning more. How do I get started?
What kind of groups do you offer?
We offer a variety of different groups based on client needs. We will form groups for children, teens, and adults as the need arises. We consistently offer DBT skills groups for adolescents and adults. If you are looking for a particular group we would be happy to discuss meeting your needs.
Do you take insurance?
We do not currently participate in any insurance panels, however many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. If your plan offers these benefits you may receive reimbursement from your insurance provider. Many people have out of network benefits without even knowing it. Please check with your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement. We will provide a receipt at your request with all necessary information for your insurance company.
